Pat, The only OG standing, is back! Following her divorce from Dr. Thomas Landry and the drama of last season, Pat begins the season with a fresh look, a new man and a new life! While building her dream home, down the street from her cousin, Caitlyn Rose, Pat attempts to mend fences and fix her broken relationship with her family. But when Caitlyns sister, Dr. Paige Meadows, Pat’s other cousin, steps in, things go down hill fast. Will Pat be able to overcome the drama or will her season be filled with fighting, accusations and over the top drama?
Hope Richardson, an OBGYN Nurse Practitioner, in Dr. Audra’s office, Breast Cancer Survivor, and Doctors wife, married to Dr. James Richardson the top trauma surgeon in Twitter, is a lot of fun, loyal, and very blunt. Hope is involved with some tough situations with her husbands family, which takes center stage for her emotional journey. Being five years free of breast cancer and creating the Hope Foundation to help struggling cancer patients in Twitter, Hope attempts to prove her worth to not only her husband but her extended family. Unfortunatley for Hope, they are not the only ones questioning who she is and what her past looks like.
Dr. Paige Meadows, lead Neurosurgeon at Twitter General is bringing her fire and good heart to M2MTwitter. Sister to Caitlyn and Cousin to Pat, Paige attempts to build a better family relationship, after first tearing it down. Meanwhile, Paige lives a very different life at home with her husband Scott and their children. Although Paige attempts to keep her private life quiet, everything always comes to light in Twitter.
Dr. Dorian McAllister joins the cast this season, bringing her opinions and her over-the-top personality with her. A well-known soap actress, Dorian finds herself returning to the medical field after a long absence when an unforeseen circumstance ends her acting career. As she settles back into where she started, tensions begin to arise within her marriage and she finds herself at the center of the conflict within her new friendship group with a former acquaintance. Will Dorian manage to succeed in both areas or will it be curtains once more?
Caitlyn Rose joins M2MTwitter for its 6th season! Coming from the NYC socialite scene to the mommy scene and business owner in Twitter, Caitlyn searches for who she truly is. Married to Dr. Tatum Rose, Anesthesiologist, who finds himself missing from home, tensions rise. Down the street, her infamous long lost cousin, Pat is not only building a home but trying to make amends and create a stable relationship. Caitlyn introduces her sister, Paige, into the group, which causes even more controversy. Will Caitlyn navigate through the rose thorns easily?
